Data we collect

When you fill in the “Become a stockist” form, we collect: last name, first name, email address, boutique or company name, phone number, city / country and website or Instagram account (optional), subject and the content of your message. No other personal data is collected on this site.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your request and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship with your boutique. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in growing our network of stockists (Article 6(1)(f)).

Your data is intended exclusively for Ahúma. It passes through technical providers acting on our behalf:

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Data is kept for three years from our last contact, then deleted.
